Pricing

Priced for the business you run.

Choose a plan for your workspaces and power users, with backend capacity included. Every plan includes data, permissions, functions, workflows, and documents. Support, deployment options, and operational commitments vary by plan.

First month

Start for $1.

Your first workspace is $1 for 30 days, then renews at your chosen plan rate unless you cancel. Starter renews at $70/month, Team renews at $160/month, Business renews at $350/month in the Core edition. This is a paid introduction, not a free production plan.

Workspace edition

Core edition. The governed backend foundation for teams defining their own data, functions, and workflows. Read the edition guide.

Corporate edition. Core plus the base ERP system for organization, products, sales, orders, approvals, payments, and cash flow. Read the edition guide.

SaaS edition. The base ERP system plus the delegated SaaS backend for tenants, subscriptions, billing, and metering. Read the edition guide.

Power users are defined by access, not activity. They participate in the organization structure, operate functions or workflows, or receive workflow tasks. This is the workforce identity category used for pricing—not a measure of how often someone signs in. Permissions still determine which operations each person can perform.

Unlimited end users means no identity charge or count limit. They can sign in and perform authorized data operations, but cannot run functions or workflows, receive workflow tasks, or join the organization structure. Their activity still consumes workspace capacity. Compare user types.

Prices in USD before tax, billed monthly. A yearly term is 20% less. Each plan is one workspace priced line by line — $29 for the workspace, $12/month per power user (up to 50 per workspace), $0.25 per GB of database, $0.05 per GB of files, and $3/month per retained backup. The Corporate edition adds the ERP capability for $49/month; the SaaS edition adds the SaaS capability on top for $99/month. A plan is a starting point, not a limit. See pricing limits and review the Terms of Service.

SLA, support, security, and deployment commitments apply only as specified in your signed agreement with Apexbase LLC. Review security and service commitments.

Included in every plan

The business backend, from Starter.

Core data, logic, and process capabilities are included from Starter. User permissions and identity type govern access; operational options and support differ by plan.

Governed data

Entity definitions, relations, nested reads and writes, transactions, and versioned change tracking.

Deep permissions

Definition, property, and row-level authorization evaluated inside the query engine — not in front of it.

Organization structure

Positions, departments, groups, and composed roles, so access follows how the business is actually organized.

Workflows

Approvals, user tasks, timers, and long-running business processes with an inspectable execution history.

Functions and automation

Serverless functions, libraries, and scheduled tasks that publish to your workspace runtime.

Documents and files

Templated documents, file storage, and generated output kept under the same permissions as your data.

AI Agent Ready

Full MCP server and gsb CLI access included across all plans at no extra charge. Workspace permissions and usage limits apply.

AI assistant included.

Every paid workspace includes a monthly AI allowance, with additional usage available.

Production operations

Managed infrastructure, backups, audit trail, and a management dashboard from the first paid month.

Capacity and limits

Three measurements determine your included capacity.

Included capacity grows with your plan’s power-user count. End-user traffic draws on that same capacity without adding a per-end-user fee. Usage measurement is being rolled out in Pikbase Account; see the capacity page for current measurement and enforcement status.

API and execution capacity

API requests and the execution of your functions and workflows draw on one shared allowance. For accounting, each API call is normalized to 10 ms of execution capacity.

Database storage

The size of your workspace database, including indexes and change tracking.

File storage

Files, attachments, and generated documents held in the workspace, with monthly transfer derived from that volume.

What happens at the limit. During the measurement rollout, we contact you rather than restrict a workspace or charge for consumption above an allowance. The enforcement start date will be published and emailed at least 30 days beforehand. There is no automatic overage charge.

There is no separate developer fee. A workspace carries no per-application fee and no limit on how many entity definitions, functions, workflows, or document templates it holds. Usage remains subject to the plan limits and Terms of Service.

Marketplace

Expand a workspace instead of changing plan.

Capacity is sold per unit from Pikbase Account and added to your existing subscription, billed on the same cycle. Expand one workspace without moving your whole organization to a larger plan.

Power users

$12/month each, added to the workspace that needs them.

Database and file storage

$0.25 per GB of database and $0.05 per GB of files each month.

Retained backups

$3/month for each additional automatic backup kept for restore.

Planning a large team or customer-facing product?

Tell us the expected power-user count, separately governed customer organizations, workload, storage, deployment model, and support requirements. Customers who need functions or workflows need power-user access; separately governed customer organizations are priced by agreement, not counted as unlimited end users.
